Enrollment Information
Early Enrollment
Families with children currently enrolled in either program have the
option to accept or decline a spot in either program for the next
school year for their child or their sibling.  Families that do not have
a child currently in the program have the option to enroll and be
placed on the enrollment list for when open enrollment begins.  In
most cases we are aware of how many spots would be available to
new families.   Paperwork must be completed and enrollment fee
must be received to be enrolled in the program.  

Open Enrollment
The first day in March any open spots are offered to families that are
on the enrollment list and then are filled as families are accepted
into the program.  All paperwork must be completed and enrollment
fee must be received to be enrolled in the program.

Waiting List
If during enrollment a waiting list is needed families will be added to
the waiting list as requested.  If your child is on the waiting list they
will be added as of the date they enrolled (paperwork completed).  
Once a spot becomes available you will be contacted with the phone
number(s) and the address on file.  If your address or phone
number changes, please call and update your information.  If you
choose not to accept your child will be removed from the waiting list
and the next family on the waiting list will be contacted.  Once your
family has been contacted you have one week to accept or decline
the available spot in the preschool.  If we do not hear from you we
will presume you do not wish to accept the available spot for your
child and will contact the next family on the waiting list.  We will retain
the waiting list up until September 1st when each family will be
contacted to inquire whether they would like to remain on the waiting
list in the case a spot becomes available during the school year.  If
you wish to remain on the waiting list you will be contacted as soon
as a spot becomes available.  If you do not wish to remain on the
waiting list your name will be removed.  When you accept a spot at
the preschool after being on the waiting list we ask that your child
start within two weeks from the date you accept.  You must complete
all enrollment information along with a check or money order made
payable to Waiting to Grow Preschool for $30 within the two weeks.  
The $30 is a non-refundable deposit.
